⏱ Brew Steps (Inverted AeroPress)

  1. Add 10 g freshly ground coffee to inverted AeroPress
  2. Start timer and pour 40 ml water
    • Gentle swirl
    • Bloom for 30 seconds
  3. Pour remaining water up to 160 ml by 0:50
  4. Stir gently 2 times
  5. Steep until 2:00
  6. Flip AeroPress carefully
  7. Press slowly from 2:05 → 2:35
  8. Stop pressing at first hiss

👅 Cup Profile & Notes

Overall, a very easy-drinking cup with no sharp acidity. Works great as a relaxed morning or afternoon brew.

📝 Journal Thoughts

A forgiving coffee and an excellent match for AeroPress. The washed Catimor shines with lower temperatures, highlighting sweetness over acidity. This recipe prioritizes comfort, clarity, and repeatability.
